"Wrong items in my order"
I feel kind of misled by this order. I ordered a few specific items, but what showed up was completely different, and even the quantities didn’t match. So instead of just getting what I paid for, I had to spend extra time figuring out what was missing, what was wrong, and contacting support to fix it. Frustrating when you’re expecting a simple order to be correct.

"Pretty easy to put together"
It only took me a little while to assemble, and the screws lined up well without any hassle. it’s nice when a product is made decently enough that you don’t have to fight with it just to get it set up.

"Return was easy"
I had to send back a chair because it didn’t really fit in our space. The refund took a few days but it did come through. Support was fine and I didn’t have any major issues.

"Nice chairs, but a little flaws"
I think the chairs look good and they feel solid enough when you sit on them. But two of mine came with small scratches, and one chair had a leg that was not totally even. It’s not a terrible buy for the price, just I was expecting a bit better quality overall

I did eventually get help, but the replies took longer than I expected. It was frustrating having to wait around for updates, though the support was fine once they finally got back to me.

My chairs got here waaay quicker than I expected, like just a few days after I ordered. The tracking was simple to follow, and everything arrived in great shape. i’m really happy with how fast and hassle-free the whole thing was.

"Showed up exactly when they said it would"
The delivery showed up right on time, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have to sit around wondering when it was going to arrive or deal with any back-and-forth. Everything was straightforward and easy, and there wasn’t any hassle at all. It was just one of those smooth deliveries where it happens the way they said it would, and that made the whole experience a lot less stressful

"Pretty good for the price, I think"
I’d say these chairs are a fair value overall. They showed up in decent shape and, for what I paid, I can’t really complain. I mean, maybe they’re not amazing or anything, but for the price, they seem good to me.

"Chairs were packed really, really well"
I was a little nervous about having chairs shipped, but they showed up in great shape. The boxes were sturdy and there was plenty, plenty of wrapping around each chair. No dents, no scratches, no loose pieces or anything like that. It really felt like someone took the time to pack them the right way, and I’m very happy with it.
